Macabeo and Chardonnay

This is a young, semi-dry wine with aromas of banana and peach, which gradually evolves into butter. On the palate it shows a refreshing and clean acidity, pleasant and with a very long finish. This wine has not undergone aggressive filtration, so it can precipitate naturally over time without modifying its quality.

On the nose there are many notes of ripe and candied fruit, as well as notes of nuts and toast that come from the barrel.

It is a fleshy wine with notes of candied fruit and anise, powerful, long and complex.

Straw yellow colour with greenish tones. The nose is frank in aromas, fruity and floral, reminiscent of citrus fruits such as grapefruit and lime, green apples, St. John's pear, fresh grass and aromatic plants.

It has a smooth entry on the palate, with freshness, the result of the magnificent natural acidity, with volume from the work on the lees, with a pleasant bitter point at the end typical of the variety, balanced and with a long aftertaste.

Very tasty on the palate, fruity, with spherical tannins, good acidity and light hints of vanilla, smoke and toast. A wine with strength within its balance.

Very subtle on the nose with hints of black cherries and a slight but welcome hint of fennel. Long and well-balanced on the palate, with velvety tannins ending with very pleasant hints of liquorice.

Splendid dark cherry colour with violet edges, great vivacity and youth, very clean and bright, intense. Rich in fruity aromas, mainly cherry and forest fruits with notes of ripeness, aroma of freshly picked grapes. It has certain floral notes. Very balanced wine, with a powerful structure in the mouth, with nerve, high quality tannins and good acidity, notable character of ripe forest fruits. .
