Macabeo and Chardonnay
This is a young, semi-dry wine with aromas of banana and peach, which evolve into buttery notes. On the palate, it displays a refreshing and clean acidity, pleasant and with a very long finish. This wine has not undergone aggressive filtration, so some sediment may develop naturally over time without affecting its quality.

Bright color with a new gold heart and greenish trim.
On the nose, floral and fruity with notes of night-blooming jasmine and orange blossom, citrus aromas, creams and fresh butters.
On the palate, it is fresh and round, with good unctuousness and freshness that make it maintain a perfect balance.

100% Muscat (Muscat of Alexandria)
Pale yellow color, very clear. Rich and fresh, very floral aromas of green apples, peach, and citrus. On the palate, it is fresh and lively.
ECOLOGICAL
Verdejo 85% - Macabeo 15%
Straw yellow in color, bright and clear. High aromatic intensity; on the nose, it is fresh with notes of white flowers, citrus, and apricot. A pleasant mouthfeel, smooth, with good acidity, complex, and unctuous. It has great personality and a long finish.
Km0 (Canet lo roig)
100% White Cariñera
"Aged in oak barrels for 6 months"
Amber color, bright with golden notes.
The nose reveals many notes of ripe and candied fruit, along with hints of nuts and toast imparted by the oak barrel.
It is a fleshy wine with notes of candied fruit, anise, powerful, long and complex.
ECOLOGICAL
100% Verdil (Valencian native variety)
"4 months of aging on fine lees"
Straw yellow color with greenish tones. On the nose it is straightforward in aromas, fruity and floral, reminiscent of citrus fruits such as grapefruit and lime, green apples, St. John's pear, fresh grass and aromatic plants.
It has a smooth entry on the palate, with freshness, the result of the magnificent natural acidity, with volume from the lees work, with a pleasant bitter touch at the end typical of the variety, balanced and with a long aftertaste.
ECOLOGICAL
50% Muscat (35% Muscat de Frontignan 15% Muscat de Alexandria), 35% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Gewürztraminer
A pleasant entry, a light body, silky on the palate. It finishes with a fantastic acidity that provides great freshness.
Gessamí achieves a balance of its fruity and floral character, moving between the delicate smoothness of its unctuous texture and its jovial and refreshing spirit.

100% Verdejo
Pale gold in color and very floral, it also features prominent aromas of pear, quince, grape, ripe citrus, stone fruit, wild herbs (rockrose, fennel), and white pepper. When opened in the glass, honey, beeswax, and brioche take center stage.
On the palate, a full-bodied wine with a broad entry and an oily texture. Medium acidity and a certain touch of bitterness in the aftertaste, characteristic of Verdeja.

It's a wine with ripe fruit, notes of currant, raspberry, cherries, spice, minerality, and a floral touch. On the palate, it's fresh with a smooth entry. Celler del Vino Carlón was born as a project to revive the famous Vino Carlón, a wine that had disappeared but meant so much to this land and its people.

Appearance: Medium-bodied wine, cherry red in color.
Aromas: On the nose there are many notes of ripe black fruit and also herbaceous notes such as thyme, low scrub herbs and some pepper notes.
Palate: It is a tasty, pleasant, long wine with a slightly sweet finish typical of the variety.

Deep cherry red with a violet rim. The nose offers abundant red and black fruit aromas, such as strawberries, raspberries, and blackcurrants, beautifully complemented by creamy, light toasty notes from the oak, a touch of spice, and a hint of licorice. On the palate, it is very flavorful and fruity, with spherical tannins, good acidity, and subtle hints of vanilla, smoke, and toast. A wine with character within its balanced character.

Very subtle on the nose with hints of black cherries and a slight but welcome touch of fennel. On the palate, long and well-balanced, with velvety tannins finishing with very pleasant notes of licorice.

Medium-high intensity, vibrant cherry-red color with purple highlights, bright and clear. Powerful aromas of ripe fruit, cocoa, toasted notes, and sweet spices; fresh and elegant. Splendid dark cherry color with a violet rim, vibrant and youthful, very clean and intensely bright. Rich in fruity aromas, mainly cherry and wild berries with ripe notes, reminiscent of freshly cut grapes. It also has some floral notes. A very well-balanced wine, with a powerful structure on the palate, lively, with high-quality tannins and good acidity, and a notable character of ripe wild berries..

100% Tempranillo
"Aged for 6 months in new American oak barrels"
High intensity wine with a clean and bright ruby red color, with garnet reflections at the edge of the glass.
Aromas of black fruit, violets and licorice typical of Tempranillo, accompanied by the spices from the barrel (vanilla, roasted notes).
It develops its full potential as a fresh and expressive wine, showing itself to be pleasant and balanced.
