Our cuisine is prepared slowly, at low temperatures, with love, time, and passion. At Cor de Carxofa, we have our own organic gardens and strive to source most of our ingredients locally. Dishes marked as Km0 are made with mostly local produce (within 100km).

All our dishes, including this menu, à la carte options and desserts, are gluten-free.

A starter made with only Benicarló artichokes, caramelized onions, and extra virgin olive oil.
