Our cuisine is prepared slowly, at low temperatures, with love, time, and passion. At Cor de Carxofa, we have our own organic gardens and strive to source most of our ingredients locally. Dishes marked as Km0 are made entirely with local produce (within 100km).

All our dishes, including tapas, main courses and desserts, are gluten-free
