Meet our chef

Anay Bueno, gastronomic entrepreneur, opened the gourmet restaurantCor de Carxofa was born on July 15, 2018, at just 20 years old; but with an intense career in healthy, vegetarian and vegan food.

After training as a vegetarian chef in Barcelona and Madrid and working for several years in various vegetarian restaurants in Barcelona, he discovered his great passion for pastry making and from that moment on, he also specialized in healthy and gluten-free pastries.

Nowadays, after publishing his first book ; has returned to Benicarló, the Valencian coastal town where he grew up during part of his childhood and adolescence.

As manager and head chef of Cor de Carxofa, he develops his culinary and healthy creativity every day.

An eqHuman team always prepared

Despite the adversities generated by COVID-19, the human team of Cor de Carxofa has been intensively trained, following the Advanced Good Practices Manual from SICTED.

Day after day they offer the best service, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
